Thanks for the nice mention on your site.

However, let me clarify the origin of the mattresses that Marc mentioned we sell. They are European Sleep Works mattresses that are also available in the Bay Area at European Sleep Works. The folks at European Sleep Works developed them, not us. We offer the mattresses and the flexible slat systems at our showroom in Manhattan along with the solid wood bed frames that we make in our workshop in Brooklyn that you can see on our site: ScottJordan.com.

The Sleep Works mattresses are indeed very comfortable and are chemical free as well. We are proud to be associated with the people at European Sleep Works and think that they should be cited as the creators of these very worthy products.

Best wishes

For those who don't live in NYC, these mattresses are also available at a few retailers in California, Ohio &Texas though all of them act/operate independently of one another. Telltale sign is that all their websites have the same mattress illustrations and descriptions.

I just received my Alpine mattress with platform height slat system (3.25" tall) yesterday from European Sleepworks in Berkeley. Great first impressions.

I'd also highly recommend the Oxygen Pillow which is available from most places that carry the mattress line including Scott Jordon:
European Sleepworks
Design Sleep
Sovn European Sleep Systems
Full O2 Pillow retailer list

I'm not affiliated with any of the above, just happy to finally get my hands on the gourmet mattress & pillow that I've wanted for years.
