Accessories: Cross Blanket at Sundance
May 6th, 2008
From Julie:
For those of us who are fans of Swedish designer Pia Wallen’s beautiful but high-priced Crux blanket, an alternative presents itself in the Sundance Catalog’s new Four Winds Throw for $98; reversible red and gray wool with whip-stitching.

I love the Swiss blanket! A while back I found Vintage Swiss blankets on a website called POSH Chicago. They cost around $70, are made of wool and date from the 1930’s and 1950’s.

I love this blanket. I saw it in the Sundance catalog last winter and actually drove to Sundance in Utah (I was in Salt Lake for business) to try to get one since it was not in the then current catalog. Unfortunately it turned out that the Sundance resort did not sell Sundance product. Hmmm
So now I can get one.
Thanks for the post.

[…] Luckily, I just found this link to a site that sells authentic Swiss Army blankets on Remodelista. […]
