I don't understand the facination with them in the US. I am used to doorhandles and I am looking forward to changing all my houses doorknobs to door handles. I am reminded of this dissadvantage everytime I have lotion on my hands and am trying to open a door. Poor old people, they must get even more aggravated... I would like to see a post that gives voters the option between a doorknob or doorhandle. Do a nice selection of both and let's see which one gets more votes...
