Pioneertown Motel: The Old West Made New Again - Remodelista
This past spring, my husband and I spent a week road-tripping with our kids from Zion National Park to Palm Springs, with stops in Las Vegas and the Mojave Desert along the way.

Julie recently told me about the Pioneertown Motel, just across from the movie set, where Tinseltown’s finest would stay when shooting on location.
The “front office,” a small shack-turned-reception area.
The inn has 19 guest rooms. Her goal was to freshen up the look without sacrificing its Wild West spirit.
The canteen is where guests can grab a cup of coffee and a good read.
