A Rustic Townhouse in Notting Hill, Salvage Edition

Take a look at the Georgian townhouse of a costume designer in Notting Hill, redone by London-based salvage company Retrouvius.

The series of “boxy dark rooms” was redone with salvaged finds (like the mantel).

The costume designer bought the velvet-upholstered armchair at the Portobello Market in Notting Hill.

The paneled door in the back of the lounge leads to a tiny wallpapered guest bath.

The lounge opens to the dining area and kitchen.
