8.75 inch multipurpose knife repurposed from horse files and wood files. Perfect for cutting cheeses and fruit. Each knife is made individually by Chelsea in her studio with a lot of attention to it’s detail. If properly taken care of, these knives are made to last a very long time.
Wood handles are from trees found on Chelsea’s childhood farm in Vermont. Brass pins.
Details: High carbon steel file. Spalted maple handle. Blade is 3.5 inches and total knife length is 8.75 inches. All dimensions are approximate due the handmade rustic nature of this item. Each knife is unique and may slightly vary in color of the wood, and the look of the carbon file from which the blade is made from.
