Product: The Annin American Flag

Simply, and historically speaking: the best made American flag.

Annin flagmakers–founded in 1847 on Fulton Street in New York City (roughly 10 blocks from us)–supplied the flags for Abraham Lincoln’s inauguration and funeral. In 1945 an Annin American flag flew atop Mount Suribachi in what soon became the iconic “raising the flag on Iwo Jima” photograph. An Annin American flag was also famously planted on the first moon landing during the 1969 Apollo 11 mission, and on Commander Robert E. Peary’s expedition to the North Pole in 1909, Admiral Richard E. Byrd’s expedition to the South Pole in 1930, and the National Geographic expedition to Mount Everest in 1963.

Annin flags are now made across the river from us in sunny New Jersey with the same exacting detail and resilience that have been their hallmark for nigh on two centuries. We are pleased to offer “Old Glory” in three sizes, in a lock-stitched cotton bunting, a quality and tradition that can’t be denied.
