Description from Madeline Weinrib Atelier

Madeline Weinrib's Tulu Rug

Made in Anatolia from the shorn angora of nomadic goats, Madeline Weinrib’s Tulu carpets are cruelty-free and made with natural vegetable dyes. While Tulus are history’s oldest known type of woven carpet, in Madeline Weinrib’s nuanced palette of infused pinks and soft, smoky-toned neutrals they read as pure 21st century luxury. Coveted for their wonderful tactile quality and silky excess, they are sure to add whimsy, warmth and textural interest to any space. Each carpet has been piece-dyed and knotted by hand, resulting in tonal nuances and variations that are inherent to the production process and which lends to the uniqueness ofeach piece. Due to the variability of the palette, please speak with a member of our Atelier for additional details. The Tulus are also available at Ralph Pucci.
