Traditional grater and whisk from Japan. Made from stainless steel.
Oroshigane are used to grate daikon radish and mountain potato, as well as ginger and wasabi.
The small bamboo whisk helps to remove the grated ginger, garlic, wasabi, chocolate etc from the grater (as the spikes are sharp for hands).
