Founded in 1885 in London’s West India Docks, Davey & Co’s marine lighting and hardware graced many of history’s best-known vessels. As Britain’s maritime heyday faded, Davey & Co used the skills honed manufacturing deck lights, saloon and navigation lanterns to launch Davey Lighting. Davey’s hand-made fixtures were snapped up by the world of architecture and design, taking pride of place in locations such as the Savoy Hotel.
The die cast bulkhead series from Davey Lighting are perfect for walkways, hallways and other places where a conventional wall light is just not quite right. The Oval Bulkhead Light is available in unlaquered brass or aluminum. The lights come with frosted glass diffusers and take an E27 bulb up to 40 W. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use. Front bezel secured by four stainless steel socket head screws. Rear cable entry and through back plate fixing.
