The “Coventry Chair” in dark green, designed by Chris Eckersley and manufactured by Sitting Firm Chairmakers in Coventry. A very useful kitchen or fireside chair with an uncluttered contemporary aesthetic.

Chris Eckersley is an experienced furniture designer-maker and ‘bodging’ aficionado – launching the much heralded ‘bodging Milano’ project in 2010 after researching green-woodworking and galvanizing a group of furniture friends to bodge deep in the Herefordshire woods, producing a group of designs to present at the Salone del Mobile in Milan.  The Coventry Chair was originally designed by Chris Eckersley during his first bodging project in the woods.
