Handcrafted in England, Brooks leather saddles prove that good things come to those who wait. They're made with exacting care using a detail-oriented process that can take up to 90 days to complete. Once purchased, they require about 300 miles of riding to fully break in. This break-in period allows the premium-quality leather to mold exactly to the contours of your body and become more comfortable than virtually any other bike seat around. The B17 is Brooks' flagship model. It features black steel rails and an integrated ventilation system to ensure a cool ride even on the warmest days. We love this seat, and we love Brooks. But heads-up, this is not a comfortable seat right out of the box for most city riders.
