Aplomb Suspension Lamp
Design by Lucidi & Pevere, 2010.
Aplomb creates direct, precise lighting on occasional tables, peninsulas and counters, alone or in a multiple composition, with its presence as a small, yet important protagonist, also underlined by the different colors available: the natural grey of concrete, brown or white, created by combining pigments together with its exclusive mixture.
Visible concrete is part of the expressive language of modern architecture and, with Aplomb, introduces a model that uses this material with a spirit and technology that is entirely original. This pendant challenges to create a incredible leap of scale: from large architectural constructions to a little suspension lamp with a thickness of just a few millimeters at its finest point, using a material that is so inflexible.
