Schubladen means drawers in German; it's also the name of a shop in the Berlin-Kreuzberg Graef district that is devoted to the reuse of old and one-off drawers. Franziska Wodicka designs furniture using these cast-off drawers inset into new frames made of varnished or oiled MDF or solid wood. Visit SchubLaden to view the whole range.
