BY Janet Hall

This past Saturday, LA-based furniture makers Cisco Brothers opened a retail showroom in the happening Hayes Street shopping district in San Francisco. The tidy white storefront opens into a wonderfully airy space filled with Cisco’s Belgian-linen-upholstered furniture, John Derian’s line of elegant, small-scale furniture, and Cisco’s own line of glass pendant lighting. Cisco’s 100 percent FSC Pure sustainable upholstered furniture is made with FSC pure certified woods and water-based glues and the company’s casegoods are made with reclaimed hardwoods.
