A while back, we featured a galvanized boot tray as an idea for kitchen countertop storage; that tray has disappeared from the retail world. Luckily, I found (and purchased) the Zen Aluminum Tray to use stove-side for olive oil, pepper grinder, sea salt. The Large Rectangular Zen Aluminum Tray measures 12 1/4 inches by 4 5/8 inches (two smaller sizes are also availabe); $19.99 at the Container Store.
