House Call: White Rabbit Restaurant in Singapore

September 24, 2009

These photos of the White Rabbit Restaurant, housed in a chapel in the Dempsey area of Singapore and designed by Takenouchi Webb, caught our eye for several reasons: the Prism pendant lamps by Belgian designer Nathalie Dewez, the large copper halo chandelier (which casts a "divine glow," according to the designers), the white cafe chairs with black-tipped legs. The design team drew inspiration from traditional British public school dining halls and church buildings, with a primary goal of restoring as many of the existing details as possible. Via Yatzer.
