When Ninai and Andrew Zarach of Machiavelli Food (importers of artisan Italian products and suppliers to many of London's top restaurants and delicatessens) decided to sell directly to the public, they wanted to put a "human face" to the brand, quietly underlining the fact that their products have been hand-crafted by individuals. Working with this concept, Jane Taylor Designers have created a deli/cafe/restaurant which takes its cues from domestic interiors, providing a cozy and welcoming respite from the hustle and bustle of Covent Garden.
