Opened last February, the Bistrot Bruno Loubet in the Zetter Hotel marked a return to London for the famed chef (he decamped to Brisbane for an eight-year interlude). Located in a Georgian townhouse, with interiors designed by Russell Sage, the restaurant features a curving wall of windows overlooking St. John's Square and an appealing mix of vintage (midcentury task lights, industrial whisks) combined with new pieces. For more information, go to Bistrot Bruno Loubet.
