It's always a challenge to outfit a guest bath without being too precious. We like this idea from Brooklyn-based Simrin linens; casually layered, overlapping hand towels of different sizes to minimize the fuss factor.

Also this idea (shown below); mixing towel styles (fringed and regular) and monogram lettering (script and block print).

Cute idea, but I'd have to disagree with the monogrammed direction - who wants to be reminded that they're using someone else's towel? ;)
They do look elegant and unfussy. Love both types but especially the top one. The motifs complement each other.
