Located in Kentucky, Berea College is a tuition-free educational institution; students work between 10 to 15 hours a week in 130 different areas and departments (the college also operates the Boone Tavern on campus, which is furnished with handmade woodcraft made by students). We especially like the handmade brooms produced by the college's broomcraft department, discovered via Japanese store Vivova and available directly from Berea College Crafts.
