Spotted on Dezeen: a modern take on the Parisian cafe by Cut Architectures. Cofounder Tom Clark describes Cafe Coutume, his recently opened venture, as "a Haussmannian Paris apartment with a laboratory." So it's fitting that the cafe is outfitted with latest in energy-saving light bulbs: the sculptural Plumen.
