We like to think we don't need designer furniture for every stage of life. Then along comes Knoll with child-sized versions of some of its classic chairs, and we find ourselves quickly being persuaded otherwise.

that RAR rocker is the adult-sized version, mfd by Herman Miller. there's a kis-sized knockoff now, but it's not technically Eames or HM.
A great post Sarah. Please note there are lots of other modern classic designs that have inspired a range of new children's chairs including eames lounges, egg chairs and ball chairs. And the best part - prices are affordable for all lovers of design, big or small.
