We keep coming back to his Hudson House in Maryland; a small-scale compound that borrows design elements from the farmhouse vernacular yet remains thoroughly modern and unprepossessing in scale. oh man, i love that hudson house. i keep going back to it too.
Love the look, but do the black roofs really suit the Maryland climate? Seems like it would make sense in Iceland, but not the Mid-Atlantic.
