Kitchen faucets: good ones are like sculpture for the kitchen; bad ones are enough to induce a deep depression. Worth investing in; scrimp somewhere else. You can't go wrong with these picks. The Arne Jacobsen–designed Vola is the ultimate modernist classic; the Chicago is a personal favorite (well priced, well engineered, with a great industrial-chic aesthetic).
