Based in Brooklyn, Kim Hoyt Architect has provided design services to a variety of residential and commercial clients in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Fairfield County, and the Hamptons. Many of our projects have included both interior and exterior spaces, which is a combination we especially enjoy. Our projects are often located in urban settings, where gardens, roof terraces and other open spaces are particularly valuable and require careful planning and thoughtful designs to seamlessly integrate them with the interior architecture. We are also very experienced and comfortable working on projects involving special permitting for Landmarked buildings and neighborhood.
Kim applies her training in Landscape Architecture and Architecture to almost every project and design problem she encounters. She created her practice to explore opportunities for designing from the inside, out and the outside, in. Regardless of project type or scale, all of her work reflects a holistic approach to designing functional, beautiful spaces that are closely integrated with the site and her clients’ daily lives.
