When asked how to describe the philosophy of his firm best, Kurt Andernach answered ‘minimalist…but with a twist…you have to have a sense of humor and allow for the serenity of minimalism to be live. After all, architecture is created for human beings and their needs and scale are intrinsic in my work.’
